As an intern, your education for Management and Sales might include:
- New teammate orientation
- Certified for excellence modules
- Sales and product knowledge workshops
- Administrative workshops
- Store manager business development workshops
You spend many of your waking hours at work. So naturally, it's best to spend all those hours doing something you enjoy, with people you like and in an environment that will help turn your best efforts into successes.
This is a retail environment, and because we need to work around people's schedules our stores are open evenings and weekends. Your daily schedule may vary, and in any given week you can expect to work 45-55 hours.
We are strong proponents of promoting our own. An example of a career path you might take with our company is: Manager Trainee, Tire Sales Manager, Store Manager, Assistant District Manager, Zone Operations Manager or Zone Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager, then Zone Vice President.

What types of things will you be learning during your internship? A typical internship is structured like this:
New orientation and training.
Actual store experience. You'll learn everything we do from the moment we open the doors to the second we leave at night.
Shadow an Assistant District Manager.
Shadow a District Manager.
Learning in the Zone Office.
You tell us. We'll find a learning experience that explores your special area of interest.
